We are a passionate team of change-makers committed to addressing the fundamental needs of underserved communities. Founded in the 1990s by Sh. Ajit Kumar Singh and officially registered as an NGO in 2020, Astha Kunj Society was born from the vision that every individual deserves access to the basics of life: food, clothing, and shelter. Our team works tirelessly across diverse areas—empowering women, promoting health and environmental awareness, and providing free legal aid and healthcare. Whether in times of crisis, like the COVID-19 pandemic, or through ongoing projects with the Delhi government, we are here to support and uplift society.

Our Mission

Astha Kunj Society’s mission is to create a society where everyone has access to essential needs, including food, clothing, shelter, and healthcare.

We are committed to eradicating hunger, providing nutritious food, empowering women through resources and skill-building, and ensuring access to free legal aid and healthcare. By actively guiding communities on government schemes, promoting menstrual hygiene, and conducting environmental awareness programs, we aim to build a healthy, supportive community.
